Mercedes Project: Carry On KÉSZ

Execution of Mercedes paintwork shop is done at full blast: main girders are continuously assembled, while concreting of the ground floor slab is going to be commenced in the forthcoming days as well. Meanwhile, our Mercedes sales team does not nestle either. As an acknowledgement of our previous works, reliability and professionalism, we have been awarded to build the office block of the workshop as well. This office block comprises a 3-story building (with an atrium) of a floor space of 5600 sqm; an approx. 700 sqm full kitchen and a 1200 sqm dining room; a 400 sqm exhibition hall and the 6000 sqm office area. Our task is the execution of the office building. Again, this building will contain steel structures, that will be manufactured by KÉSZ Ipari Gyártó Kft.
KÉSZ Építő Zrt. has also been contracted to execute the gate building. This building will give place to the entire administration tasks, customs clearance etc. of heavy goods. This single-storey precast concrete departure building, which has a floor space of more than 900 sqm, will have a lightweight façade either.
Additionally, we have also been awarded to erect a nearly 1200 sqm hall for the ELT energy center by order of an electrical main contractor (namely Caverion).
