LABOUR SAFETY AND HEALTH CARE POLICY

KÉSZ Group renders high-standard services to its customers in the field of designing and implementing buildings and of manufacturer’s activity. We provide an exemplary standard in all fields of our activity, in addition to quality and environmental protection, in the field of preservation of health and prevention of work accidents at workplaces.
For us labour safety as an issue of strategic importance.
Our Company, by enhancing the requirements laid on labour safety and health care, contributes to the provision of a sustainable development, the improvement of quality of life, the preservation of the security and safety of employees.
The Management of our Company is committed in creating and providing the personal and material conditions of safe and sound performance of work, as well as a state-of-the-art standard of work.

As a result of our safety-aware approach, the efficiency of our organization is improving as:

- we achieve reduction in loss of time and, thereby, reduction in the specific implementation costs by eliminating the conditions involving accident risk,

- owing to the improving image of our Company in the eyes of our customers and business partners, we can increase our turnover,

- we observe the prescriptions of the Labour Act laws and acts, respectively, as well as of the in-house safety regulations specified by our organization, as applicable to our organization, we prevent accidents by the deliberate improvement of the labour safety approach,

- our organization continuously improves the labour safety performance in the field of designing, implementation and manufacture, replacing and terminating such technologies and techniques which involve accident risk,

- we set such objectives and projections for ourselves, we specify such designs, development programs (target investment projects) and work organization and time schedules which provide an improving enforcement of our guiding principles,

- we reduce the accident risk to the minimum level by seeking the most up-to-date technical means, equipment and technologies and by their systematic application,

- with a view to improving our labour safety results, we strengthen the awareness of an approach of efficiency and elimination of accidents, and we introduce an incentive scheme in order to control the processes of our organization in respect of labour safety,

- we enhance the commitment of our employees to labour safety by organizing regular training courses and we make aware all of our employees of our labour safety expectations and we require a behavior being in conformity therewith,

- we make our labour safety guiding principles available to the public and we give information on our performance to those interested,

- we continuously monitor the labour safety status and performance of our organization and, where necessary, we take the necessary amending measures,

- we make our rules accessible, supported by our advanced computing system, more and more via network instead of paper,

- our designers keep an eye on labour safety while observing the labour safety laws, provisions and official prescriptions,

- we shall encourage our Subcontractors and Suppliers to adopt our labour safety guiding principles. If necessary, we shall require that they should modify their practices in order that they should be in accordance with the adopted guiding principles and expectations relating to labour safety and preservation of health at the workplaces.
