Free building designs

In the industrialized countries, the investors look at not only functions of the building, but many times they have special care for sightliness and originality. Of course, if the designers have courage to use unconventional, but sometime amazing, spectacular solutions and shapes. Just a few program supports realizing designs of a free fantasy. Nevertheless, and generally it is true, that designing building surfaces and structures with curves and irregular shapes requires very much work even if they use modern software.
Our company has started such software developments that enabled new construction methods for us. We have connected our software developments with structure designing tools, and the company was able to design freeform surfaces at the end of the nineties already. Unfortunately, this time at home nobody required such buildings with complicated geometry. The increasing economy, western investors and real estate developers turned meanwhile to Central Europe. The construction with bowed surfaces is doubtless more expensive but there are some spectacular examples in Budapest too. The "new" construction method integrated to the software packet of the KÉSZ Group is available for engineering offices and investors. Our developers' innovation definitely supports the ideas of the steel structure designers. The Steel-structure Manufacturing Center in Kecskemét is capable producing the most spectacular structures.
