The KÉSZ Group, celebrating its 25th anniversary of establishment, arrived at a milestone in 2007: the parent company KÉSZ Kft and its subsidiaries established a real holding organisation in order to clean up their profiles and increase their efficiency. KÉSZ Holding Enterprise Development and Asset Management Inc was established and will manage the company group in the future.

Our goal is to develop an efficient strategy for the KÉSZ company group and to develop the holding to a point where it becomes a decisive economic factor. In addition to construction and manufacturing activities, we also would like to make KÉSZ successful in the area of estate development, the environmental industry, and information communications, making it in turn the leading power of these industries. Our activities are organised on the domestic and international markets using modern, human-centred methods, and environmentally-aware technologies.

As an efficient investor, the Holding creates medium- and long-term strategies and development concepts, ensures financing, and manages effective operations. The company's direct tasks are estate development, asset management, operations, enterprise development, and process control. Thus, KÉSZ Holding Inc, as the group's leader operates and plans to operate enterprises on the markets of construction, construction material production, bioenergetics, environmental industry, information technology, media technology, and financial and leasing services. In addition to Hungary, the Holding carries out operations throughout other European countries.
