General implementation

As a general contractor, KÉSZ UA is capable of implementing a wide range of facilities, from planning to turn-key delivery. Following the planning and authorisation of facilities, they provide for the required construction elements, devices, and professionals, as well as organise the implementation, and perform building engineering and building electricity installation. In addition to complex jobs, they also accept commissions for carrying out partial tasks of individual projects.


Reinforced concrete element production

3Beton's prefabricating plant produces prestressed concrete floor elements and beams. In addition, the factory has machinery that is suitable for manufacturing reinforced concrete pillars, sandwich walls and beaker necks, as well as concrete steel processing equipment. Fresh concrete that is required for the production of elements is provided for by our concrete factory.
The Kalush manufacturing plant is capable of producing elements of one- and multi-level reinforced concrete structures, which are suitable for the construction of industrial, commercial, and communal buildings with a basic surface of 1,000 to 100,000 square metres.
