Dunapack cardboard manufacturing plant - Zhidachev
The transformation, extension, and planning of an unused 2,000 square metre hall. The complex, which is of a total area of 4,000 square metres, also houses the production management offices.

Metro stores – Kiev, Charkov, Odessa, and Chisinau
Supply of reinforced concrete elements for the stores of the Metro store chain in Kiev, Charkov, Odessa, and Chisinau, in Moldova.

WestLine warehouse hall - Kiev
Implementation of an 8,300 square metre hall in the Ukrainian capital. In addition to the construction of structures, the job included the installation of doors, windows, and lighting elements, as well as the façade covering of the hall.

Flextronics manufacturing hall – Munkachevo
Within this project, KÉSZ UA implemented an industrial plant of a total surface of 24,000 square metres in Munkachevo. The hall was built with an office head building in the industrial zone of this Carpathian city.

Kronospan hall - Novovolynsk
Kronospan commissioned KÉSZ UA to plan and implement a mixed-structure, which was in total a 4,000 square metre hall in Novovolynsk. Within this project, our Ukrainian subsidiary produced prefabricated reinforced concrete structures in co-operation with 3Beton Kft. The project included the covering of the hall façade.

ICT halls - Kiev
Upon ICT's order, KÉSZ UA built three warehouse halls (surfaces of 5,000, 3,400, and 5,200 square metres, respectively) in the Ukrainian capital.

Jabil plant – Ungvar
KÉSZ UA built Jabil's 26,000 square metre plant as a general contractor, including a hall that is suitable for the production of computer motherboards and two warehouses. The parent company delivered nearly 1,000 tonnes of steel structures for the buildings from the KÉSZ Kft's Kecskemét factory to Ukraine.

Ghelamco logistics park – Kopilov
KÉSZ UA won Ghelamco's contract to implement its 27,000 square metre logistics park in Kopilov near Kiev. Our subsidiary undertook in the contract the construction of a facility consisting of two buildings in a finished structure state.

Olimp warehouse hall - Malinovka
Olimp contracted our subsidiary to build a 15,000 square metre warehouse building in Malinovka. In addition to the construction of the structure, this commission included the complete crust foundation.
