KÉSZ in Romania - History 

KÉSZ Group's most important foreign office was established in 2001 in Cluj-Napoca due to the boost and strengthening of investments in Romania. In the beginning, this enterprise accepted jobs related to design and was active in the commerce of steel structures and it implemented minor investments. Its development has accelerated thanks to its Hungarian parent company's background and professional support.

Market expansion made it indispensable to develop the organisation of this offoce: new offices were set up in Odorheiu Secuiesc and Bucharest.

Today, the scope of activities in Romania covers the entire spectrum of construction. The offices aim at implementing Romanian development projects for its customer base known in Hungary at a quality and flexibility level that is commonplace with the parent company. In addition to implementing investments of multinational companies, they also accept commissions from local enterprises and investors.

Today, our colleagues in Romania provide comprehensive services as a general contractor in the area of building construction. As a contractor, the offices have numerous references in the area of industrial facilities: implementation work for production halls, warehouses, plants, and commercial buildings has been performed by its employees. The KÉSZ in Romania has gained extensive experience in the installation of industrial steel structures and equipment, as well as implementing complete technologies. In addition to specialised construction management and general contractor jobs, they also carry out independent installation projects.
