Building mechanical installation

Our Chief Building Engineering Office is operating within the Installation Industrial Directorate of our Company, which is contracting the building engineering works all along from contracting up to turn-key completion. This technical group actively takes part in the primary contracting activities of KÉSZ as well as fulfils implements installation projects.

In our contracting activities we accomplish building engineering and technological installations of new and older buildings, facilities on competitive price. Part of our responsibilities is meant by providing price calculations for concept plans. These price calculations based on direct, up-to-date information and prices from the manufacturing sector and our suppliers, partners guarantee the completion of any tenders we win on a high technical level. Besides the general contracting activities, our company provides price offers for projects of other actors of this market segment, even carries out these works.

Our colleagues at the building department work in the implementation of tenders, works gained by KÉSZ. These colleagues do their job according to regions and/or projects both in tenders won by KÉSZ Group and in works sub-contracted to us. During completion, besides our own workingmen we rely on a firm sub-contractor circle. Work is organised and controlled by professional colleagues of relevant higher degree. Our employees have a technical manager certificate. Our internal trainings supporting our operation as well as our management IT system showing the actual economic and technical status of our works ensure our clients that we strictly keep each deadline and provide a high technical level, also to immediately handle warranty claims.
