Our plant is located in KÉSZ Industrial Park of Kecskemét. The project of building one of the modernest plants in Europe and Hungary was carried out with our own financial resources. In this 25000 m² plant - including a 10000 m² warehouse equipped with cranes and side-tracks - takes place the production.
We carried out the unique conception of steel structure designing and production enabling 25000 tons production capacity per year.
Steel materials – europrofiles, profiles and sheets
Our system also contains the complete logistics method enabling to operate the CNC production in the covered, craned warehouse. We can always back-up the production from our warehouse with beams and profiles. We keep a stock of 5000 tons profile purchasable for everyone.
Semi-finished steel products – CNC processing
The top machine producer, Vernet Behringer from France delivered the new structuring technology. KÉSZ engineers cooperated in designing the world class level machine park tailored to our plant's needs. These CNC machines cut, blend, punch and make holes in the units and the finished product is descaled and painted according our partners' needs.
Our service provides outstanding facilities for producing semi-finished steel-structures and steel units ensuring economic competitiveness for other steel-structure manufactures and retailers, as well.
We offer our finished steel structures for building structures, technological structures (i.e.: energy-, chemical-, building-, mining sector and environment protection), and as parts of mechanical and agricultural products.
Manufacturing steel structures
Welding
Following the preparation arranged on our CNC production lines the elements of steel structures are fastened according to the position adequate for the subsequent state of welding.
The longitudinal seams of the profiles of the supports are submerged arc-welded automatically. Seams that cannot be welded by automatic method, are made by semi-automatic, mixed-gas welding. Strengthening is usually made by hydraulic press of high force or by "warm" strengthening.
Handling surfaces
The required cleanness of the surface before painting ("metal-clean" surface) is arranged by further sand-blasting. Surface protection of the finished products is arranged by dye-method in the dye workshop by ("airless") spraying with the overhead material handling equipment.
There is also a possibility for coating the products and in case of need it is also possible to apply a final top coat.
Machinery
The new processing machines of ours were delivered by French Vernet Behringer company and the machine stock of top quality was formed by the participation of our engineers specially for the needs of the Kecskemét workshop. Our machines make efficient, top quality, flexible manufacturing possible.
