Production designing
Besides complex steel structure designing KÉSZ Group is also involved in production designing of steel structures. This enables us to use joints, which economize production.
ConSteel and COP softwares provide excellent basis for designing joints of steel structures. With the help of 3D designing softwares (StruCAD, XSTEEL, Bocad) these joints are used to create production, erection and element plans. Besides these designs lists are generated, which contain information about material supply, quantity of elements to be transported, transportation size and volume. During every designing phase continuous contact can be established among the computers of designing units, which guarantees constant change of information.
Three designing programmes ensure the possibility to fulfill requirements of any European designer, investor or executor. Nowadays not only the designs, but even the programmes are specified by these requirements.
Our structural engineers and constructors use these programmes to establish a documentary and electronical environment, which generates data and designing base meeting nearly all requirements apart from the accessories of production and erection units (high-quality CNC machines or manual production).
