KÉSZ Építő Zrt. Builds an Excellence Centre in Szeged.
After just having built the Engineering Faculty of the University of Szeged (SZTE) with success, Szeged-based KÉSZ Építő Zrt. has already been awarded another centre of strategic importance for general construction. The contract was solemnly signed, on 29 June 2011, by László Botka, mayor of Szeged, and László Szalados, CEO of KÉSZ Építő Zrt.
Two new contracts have recently been awarded to KÉSZ Építő Zrt’s Romanian Branch.
Chances are that the new building giving a new home to the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Szeged will be awarded for being the most environmental-friendly facility. The constuction works of the new buliding, that utilizies renewable energy as well to adhere to the spirit of our age, are almost complete.
Yes, we have a good reason for celebration again. On 15 February 2011, KÉSZ Építő Zrt. solemnly opened the building of SkyCourt to the Client Budapest Airport. Kész Építő Zrt. CEO László Szalados and airport operator Budapest Airport Zrt. CEO Jost Lammers signed the formal handover agreement at 3.00 p.m., Tuesday.
After a 2-year gap, the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK), the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers and the Association of Hungarian Consulting Engineers and Architects readvertised a competition to win the Tierney Clark Award, established in 2000, for the best civil engineering projects. Foundations as well as RC and steel structures of the building “SkyCourt” implemented as part of Terminal T2 extension project at Budapest Ferihegy International Airport got a special award among award winners 2010.
