The lifting of the roof structure of SkyCourt to its place has begun. The fourteen trusses weighing 75 tons each are delivered to the site one by one in 3 pieces. The trusses are assembled on site and hoisted to their dedicated positions in the roof structure. 6 pieces have arrived so far and 5 have already been joined together by the experts of KÉSZ. Last Friday the first so-called starter unit was positioned on the landside during daytime and the first main truss was lifted to its final position during the night.
Execution of Mercedes paintwork shop is done at full blast: main girders are continuously assembled, while concreting of the ground floor slab is going to be commenced in the forthcoming days as well. Meanwhile, our Mercedes sales team does not nestle either.
Soon will reach the construction of the new terminal building at Ferihegy Airport a new spectacular milestone. Parts of the 1200 tons of steel roof structure is continuously being transported from the manufacturing plant of KÉSZ Ipari Gyártó Kft. (member of KÉSZ Group) at Kecskemét to the site where probably the most impressive phase of the execution, that is, assembly of the shell-formed roof will be started in March. The building contractor of the construction is KÉSZ Építő Zrt. (member of KÉSZ Group).
