The award is established by Siemens to recognize the results of its partners in the area of efficiency, whether they are business or social results. Mihály Varga, the owner of KÉSZ Group and Matech Ltd. took the prize yesterday. The efficiency development was imagined and realized by Lajos Tóth project director.
During the project the lighting system of the factory was modernized by Siemens KNX system; the flexibility of processes and productivity was increased by the establishment of a new production hall and a third production line; and with the technology of Siemens SIVACON S8, the plant workers were relieved from the preparation of manufacturing process. Thanks to the development, the number of produced electric switchboards increased, the workload of the plant became more controllable, and the power consumption has sunk with 17%.
